Q: How do I become a member?

A: Load $20 onto one of our gaming cards at the front desk and you’re a member. That $20 is used towards game time; it is not a fee. Once you’ve loaded $20 you are now a member and will always be at the membership rates. Once you have used up the $20, you can reload your membership card with as much or as little money as you like. 

Q: What are the benefits of being a member?

A: 1) Your hourly rate on our PC’s is lower 2) You receive $10 of a free gaming every month when you attend our monthly member days 3)You’ll receive special promotions that non-members do not get 4)You get early access to our exclusive events 5)You can purchase gaming specials that give you bonus gaming time that non-members cannot receive. 

Q: Can I use the money on my membership card to pay for food and drinks?

A: No, the money can only be used for gaming

Q: Can I pay for a day pass with the money on my membership card?

A: No, you cannot. This is a separate cost

Q: Can multiple people use the same membership card to play at the same time?

A: No, the account can only be used by one person. You cannot login to multiple PC’s at a time with the same account.

Q: Do I have to book a seat in advance to play

A: No you do not. You can walk in an sit wherever you want

Q: Can I make reservations for a certain number of PCs

A: Yes, just send us an email in our contact form and we will help you make the reservation. 

Q: Can I bring my own peripherals and plug them in?

A: Yes, you can bring you mouse, keyboard or headsets
