Frequently Asked Questions

Quick Answers.

Everything you need to know before your next visit.

Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome when space is available. For larger groups or specific rooms, we recommend contacting our team ahead of time.

How do I become a member?

Simply load $30 onto a gaming card at our front desk to become a member. The $30 is gaming credit, not a membership fee. Once you've loaded it, you'll receive member rates permanently. When the credit runs out, you can reload your card with as much or as little as you like.

What are the benefits of being a member?

Members enjoy:
1. Lower hourly rates on PC gaming.
2. An instant, complimentary $10 bonus on top of your initial $30 load.
3. Early access to exclusive Invictus events.
4. Access to members-only gaming specials with bonus gaming time.

Can I use my membership card balance to pay for food and drinks?

No. Membership card funds can only be used for gaming.

Can I pay for a day pass with my membership card balance?

No. Day passes are a separate purchase and cannot be paid for using your membership card balance.

Can multiple people use the same membership card at the same time?

No. A membership account is for one person at a time. You cannot log in to multiple PCs simultaneously using the same account.

Can I bring my own peripherals?

Yes. You're welcome to bring and connect your own mouse, keyboard or headset.

What kind of peripherals do you have?

Mouse: Logitech G403
Keyboard: Logitech G Pro Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
Headsets: HyperX Cloud 2

Can groups book ahead?

Yes. Use our Contact page to tell us your preferred date, group size and gaming experience. A reservation is confirmed once our team responds.

Are walk-ins allowed?

Yes, subject to availability. Walk in for PC gaming, consoles and other experiences, or ask the team about reservations for private rooms.

Which option is best for me?

Esports is our open PC area; Stage and Booths offer a different setup for focused play. Consoles are great for social gaming, while Mahjong and Board Game rooms provide dedicated group spaces.

What's included in a day pass?

Day-pass pricing applies to the selected gaming experience. PC passes are listed per person; Console passes are priced per person, per console, based on group size. Please ask staff to confirm valid hours and any restrictions before purchasing.
